Refund policy

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing fault

  • The personalisation does not match the details submitted in the order

If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If an error has occurred on our part, we will assess the issue and may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a prepaid return label so the item can be returned, amended where possible, and re-dispatched.

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Personalised items cannot be cancelled, changed, or amended once production has begun, as they are made specifically to the details provided at checkout.
